Very tedious processes and lots of paperwork just to update small changes. Customer service hotline is not helpful, the information given is not correct. All UOB branch different standard. Never choose UOB Bank, doesn’t solve a problem but helps to create more. Very outdated back end operation process.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. The bank officers and slow, rude, and outright condescending. However, they do offer low telegraphic transfer rates. If your company operates locally and does not need much telegraphic transfer service. NEVER GO TO UOB!
