Can you please suggest a good agent? Looking to switch
Absolutely horrible to deal with and will go out of their way to create issues. Not helpful in any capacity and ended up costing me a lot of $ resolving problems caused by them. As per the other comments, Kelvin is incredibly rude and about the least helpful “service provider” I have ever dealt with. It has taken 3 months with a new agent to undo the mess which they created.
