Totally agree with Mark. This Kelvin Min is the worst I ever came across. Rude, defensive and far from helpful. Asked him what needs to be done and prepared after company incorporation, he just shoos you off by saying “we don’t do that”. He just leaves his customer to swim or sink. Those people who incorporated their companies for the first time will probably sink.

This company is run by a guy called Kelvin. At first, he was sweet talking but once the contract was signed and money paid, he totally changed his attitude. He became rude and refused to provide the service that was paid for and told me to change company if not happy.. And this is happened just a few weeks after hiring his service!
Total disgrace! Will be reporting to CASE. Stay away from this company. Probably run by PRC.
Completely agree with the comments on this side. Kelvin is a disgrace and the firm is a scam. Their license should be stripped as they take your money and then disappear when time comes to provide what they have charged for. It has caused my severe problems in my company management and it is also a travesty that Singapore Government provides licenses to such snakeoil salesmen to operate in such an esteemed Corporate Governance atmosphere.
